  • Why Serbia and SouthEastern Europe?

    Over the last two decades Serbia became an outsourcing destination. Many key global players such as Microsoft, SKF Group, Adobe, Oracle, Google, Hewlett Packard, SAP, IBM, Siemens, Intel, Cisco, NCR Corporation, Erickson and others, entered the country either by establishing their development centres in Serbia or outsourcing services to local IT companies.

  • How do I communicate when outsourcing?

    When outsourcing your team is just a click away. We are using the Microsoft Unified Communications platform Skype for Business to interact. This is a communications platform that allows you to interact with your team using instant messaging (IM), audio and video conversations, and meetings. It runs on Windows and Mac operating systems, and on mobile devices. Both customers and team embers experience this as a very effective way of communicatios when compared with live meetings.

  • How does the Relocation process work?

    Reloction from SouthEastern Europe to the EU is a highly regulated process. Coming to work and live in the EU requires some stamina to work through the administration for immigrants of the destination country. A lot of practical information can be found on the EU immigration portal as well as on government portals from the destination country and regional portals if regional rules apply. We provide practical information about coming to work in the EU to guide you through. If you already are in the EU and you would like to know more about your rights or you would like to move from one EU country to another, give us a call.

    For a short stay of up to 90 days in one of the EU Member States and associated states that are part of the Schengen area specific processes apply.

    Working on an outsourced project is often the stepping stone to consider relocation.

  • What is the role of my lead consultant?

    Outsourced projects that are staffed with 2 or more team members often have a lead consultant assigned to coordinate with the customer. Lead consultants have hands-on roles which involve the day-to-day running of continuing client projects. They are team leaders, analyzing and reviewing proposals from the team, providing appropriate solutions to problems, and making decisions on the way forward by acting as liaisons between the client and the team. Their work involves directly dealing with the client to clearly understand its needs, and to provide possible solutions for the client’s consideration. The team receives and works on the client’s information from the lead consultant.

  • How big is a project team?

    We execute projects that can be as small as requiring just one engineer to double digit teams. In general teams count from three team members for average size projects to seven team members. Larger teams are in general composed of subteams. The poject size and customer preferences determine the team size and its dynamics.
